BUENA NJ RESULTS

GCH CH My Thai Ta Sen Halleluiah Chorus

The Lord works in mysterious ways.  We might have been a tad nervous about our angioplasty tomorrow, but an intervening thunder storm knocked our power out yesterday and sent us scrambling for an internet connection this morning.  So here we are at our Mother’s home trying to get out our remaining show reports out.  There is nothing like an 80 year old mother hovering over you to make you forget all of your other problems.

New Yorkers spent the weekend in Buena NJ for the Gloucester County Kennel Club’s & the South Jersey Kennel Club’s three shows.  We had previously reported on the GCKC’s two BIS, but here’s the rest of the story.  On Friday Anitra Cuneo’s BIS was the Greyhound, GCH CH GrandCru Clos Erasmus.  Era and handler Rindi Gaudet breeder/owner/handler were accompanied in the final by the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, CH Firesde’s Spontaneous Combustion, the Rottweiler, CH D’Oro Solido’s Feliciano Uno, the Norfolk Terrier, CH Starmtn EZ Lnk To Domby, the Shih Tzu, CH Peking’s Midnight Vision At Wenshu, the Lhasa Apso, GCH CH My Thai Ta Sen Halleluiah Chorus, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, CH Xtacee Dancin In The Moonlight.

Saturday Douglas Johnson’s day two final for the GCKC ended with him choosing the American Foxhound, GCH CH Kiarry’s Walkin On Sunshine, the above named Rott, Shih Tzu, & Corgi, the English Springer Spaniel, CH Cerise Tender Is The Night, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Thunder Bay’s Mister Prime Time, and the Tibetan Spaniel, CH Shenanwood’s Ain’t Nothin New To Me.

Sunday’s SJKC closed the weekend with Sharon Lyons considering prior finalists, the Springer, Greyhound, Rottweiler, Lhasa, & Corgi, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Gleanntan GlindaTheGoodWitch, and the Papillion, CH Brevette Kid Incredble.  Taking home the big prize was the Lhasa,   It’s the second BIS this year for Lulu and owner/handler Susan Giles.
